   It is not easy for young women to deal with their period. Many of us look for ways to make the cycle faster while some even prefer a shorter duration, like a minimum of three days.
It may not be that easy to accelerate that few days, but with few natural methods, it may be possible to make it come. But if there is any chance that you are pregnant, do not attempt to accelerate your period.
Here are few hacks to try out:
Take more vitamin C: Vitamin C helps to produce estrogen in the body which can build the uterine lining, make the uterus contract and cause menstrual bleeding. You can get your natural sources of vitamin C from orange, lemon, green tea or cranberry juice.

   Exercise: They are good for general health. Experts says, a little more intense exercise can call your period a little earlier.
Avoid stress: Stress can delay your period and may also make it more painful. When you are affected by stress, your body releases hormones cortisol and adrenaline which prevent the release of your fertility hormones and disrupt your menstrual cycle, says experts.

Watch your weight: Overweight makes you produce more estrogen, which prevents ovulation. Therefore, losing weight is a good way to regulate the cycles but not to the extreme.
Soak yourself in hot bath tub: This is one of the most popular hack to speed up your period. You may also have a normal bath with warm water if you don’t have that time to soak yourself.
Soaking in hot water increases the body heat, relaxes your abdominal muscles and increases the blood flow from your uterus.
